ACC SBC Director Receives Sertoma Award

Milele Archibald, director of ACC’s Small Business Center since 2002, was presented the Service to Mankind award by the Jack O’Kelley Sertoma Club on April 4. The highest honor Sertoma can bestow on a nonmember, the Service to Mankind Award honors outstanding volunteer service to the community.
Archibald was cited for the classes and workshops she offers to the business community; counseling she conducts for individuals and groups; and her work as a small business advocate. She received the Business Advocate of the Year Award in 2004 from the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce.
